Randolph Driver Dies After Early-Morning Single-Vehicle Crash in Bedminster

A 27-year-old New Jersey man lost his life following a single-vehicle crash in Bedminster during the early hours of Wednesday morning, according to local authorities.
Police said Noah Maitland, a resident of Randolph, was driving a 1979 Corvette westbound on Meadow Road at approximately 3:07 a.m. when the vehicle went out of control while navigating a curve in the roadway.
Investigators reported that the Corvette left the road, traveled up an embankment, and ultimately crashed into a tree. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported Maitland to a nearby hospital for treatment. Despite medical efforts, he later died from injuries sustained in the crash.
A passenger riding in the vehicle, identified as a 25-year-old man from Bridgewater, was also injured in the incident. Authorities said his injuries were not considered life-threatening, and he was taken to a hospital for medical care.
The crash remains under investigation as officials work to determine all circumstances surrounding the incident. No additional details regarding contributing factors have been released at this time.
