Owners Adam Steinberg, Ann Steinberg, and Ethan Steinberg said the larger facility has created new opportunities to grow the bakery’s product selection while continuing to offer the traditional baked goods that customers know and enjoy. Along with its classic bakery favorites, the menu now includes artisanal rye breads, cupcakes, and a wider range of dairy products.
