Fusion Transport Announces 79 Job Cuts at Piscataway Facility Starting in October

The company was created in 2019 after private equity firm Hudson Hill Capital combined GTLi and AmTrans Expedite to form Fusion Transport. Commercial business data estimates Fusion Transport’s annual revenue to be between $65 million and $106 million, reflecting its position as an established logistics provider serving customers nationwide.
