Pedestrian Dies After Being Hit by Two Vehicles While Crossing Route 1 in South Brunswick

A pedestrian lost their life after being struck by two vehicles while attempting to cross Route 1 in South Brunswick, New Jersey, on Monday night, according to local authorities.

Police said the incident happened at approximately 9:20 p.m. in the area of the Route 1 median near the Popeyes and White Castle restaurants in Middlesex County. The pedestrian was reportedly crossing the highway when they were hit by one vehicle and then struck by a second vehicle.
