Starbucks Unveils Fresh Spring 2026 Drink Lineup Featuring Coconut, Ube and Lavender Flavors

Starbucks has launched their Spring 2026 menu, introducing new seasonal flavors nationwide. Coconut, ube, lavender, and reinvented premium chai are among the new lineup. In addition to five new cocktails, the business has brought back old lavender drinks and introduced a limited-time dessert.
Starbucks continues its seasonal innovation and personalized beverage offerings with the spring rollout. The coffee giant hopes to match changing customer tastes as warmer weather arrives by releasing new flavor combinations and recreating classic drinks.
New premium tea is essential to the Spring 2026 introduction. Starbucks says the improved chai lets customers customize sweetness, spice, and flavor. This modification allows users to modify their drink tastes, meeting increased demand for bespoke drink experiences.
One of the five new drinks is Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew. This Starbucks Cold Brew with toasted coconut cream-flavored cold foam has a robust coffee flavor and a tropical finish.
The Toasted Coconut Latte combines Starbucks espresso, toasted coconut syrup, and milk. The brand said this latte can be served hot or iced, depending on the season.
Starbucks added the Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato for iced drink lovers. The drink has toasted coconut, creamy milk, and espresso shots over ice. It is topped with ube coconut cream cold foam, which adds sweetness and a purple hue.
Iced Lavender Cream Chai is the fourth new drink. This cocktail uses the new premium chai base over ice and sweet lavender cream cold foam. The lavender adds a floral flavor to the chai spices.
Starbucks has also announced the comeback of many lavender-themed drinks that were popular. Lavender Latte returns with Starbucks Blonde Espresso Roast, steamed milk, and lavender flavor. Returning is the Lavender Crème Frappuccino Blended Beverage, made with lavender, vanilla syrup, milk, ice, and whipped cream. The Iced Lavender Cream Matcha, created with matcha and milk, lavender cold foam, and ice, is back.
Besides drinks, Starbucks is debuting frog cake pops. These cake pops have vanilla cake centers with buttercream and green chocolate icing. The spring-only frog cake pops will be available, according to the business.
Starbucks offers limited-time flavors that delight customers while retaining core goods with seasonal menu revisions. Spring 2026 maintains that trend with light, floral, and tropical flavors for warmer months.
