Stone Harbor Resident Joins ‘Jeopardy!’ Tournament of Champions

Joshua Weikert, a Stone Harbor resident, will return to “Jeopardy!” following a successful run. Weikert won six straight games and made over $100,000 last year, capturing national attention. He will compete in the highly anticipated Tournament of Champions with other top candidates after his success.

Weikert, from Collegeville, Pennsylvania, recorded his tournament games in late 2025. On Friday, Weikert and two other contestants will participate on the show. Weikert cannot discuss his performance until the tournament ends in mid-February due to a non-disclosure agreement.

Weikert is busy professionally outside of television. He is an Immaculata University politics professor and Pennsylvania House of Representatives policy adviser. He is also an Army Reserve officer, demonstrating his dedication to public and military service.

Weikert also promised to donate his winnings. He pledged 10% of Tournament of Champions earnings to the Weikel Memorial Scholarship Fund, which helps veterans and their families.

Weikert’s story promotes intellectual prowess, civic service, and community-focused philanthropy as audiences watch the Tournament of Champions. From local game show contestant to national television contender, his drive on and off screen is inspirational.
