Gene Simmons Speaks Out on Trump Support, Urges Americans to Respect Personal Choices
KISS co-founder Gene Simmons termed his connection with former President Donald Trump “terrific” and questioned Americans’ political obsession. In a recent interview, Simmons advised keeping political views private to avoid conflict.
Simmons said individuals focus too much on others’ opinions rather than their own lives in political judgment. He responded, “Life has always been like that. Jesus was lawfully elected US president, but not everyone liked him. End of story.”
Rock star says political choices are personal. He replied, “Who I support or do not support is nobody’s business except my own.” Simmons recommended Americans to be tolerant and amusing in political discussions and not worry about their neighbors’ views because everyone has a stake in the country.
