Couple’s Love for Paris Baguette Turns Into a New Bakery Café Opening in Moorestown

New Jersey’s global bakery is being built by two aficionados who choose their favorite restaurant as their next project. Paris Baguette premieres Monday in Moorestown with a moving tale.

New café at 105 Mall Link Road will open with a 3:30 p.m. ribbon-cutting. Early comers get a free coffee and cookie while supplies last to celebrate. The premiere should draw local attention as the popular company is coming to South Jersey.

This site was founded by Monroe residents Ami and David Shah, 15-year brand lovers. Ami chose Edison’s Paris Baguette for her pregnancy hunger. They pondered expanding after a small halt become family tradition.

After IT and engineering, the Shahs aspired to build community and meaningful local experiences. Franchising fit their love of Paris Baguette and ambition to grow.

The 6 a.m.–9 p.m. café aspires to become a local destination for pastries, weekend meetups, and coffee runs. Paris Baguette’s 27th New Jersey location is in Moorestown, indicating tremendous expansion.

Growth continues. Avenel will open another Paris Baguette this year. Locals will get more breads, pastries, and café-style dishes as the bakery grows.

Moorestown celebrates family, love, and community, not just franchise debuts. A popular baking experience arrives to New Jersey with Shahs’ passion and purpose.
