Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is hitting back at South Park after the show mocked her looks and nicknamed her “ICE Barbie” in a controversial new episode.
What Happened in the ‘South Park’ Episode?
The latest South Park episode features Noem in a fake ICE recruitment video where she shoots dogs — a dig at her past admission of killing her family dog. In the same episode, ICE agents raid a Dora the Explorer show and even heaven, with Noem saying: “Only detain the brown ones.”
Later in the episode, Donald Trump tells a character that Noem’s “face freaks me out” and replaces her as Homeland Security’s “new face.”
Noem’s Fiery Response
Despite not watching the episode, Noem slammed the creators:
“It never ends. But it’s so lazy to constantly make fun of women for how they look. Only liberals do that.”
She challenged her critics further:
“If they want to attack my job, fine. But they went for petty insults instead.”
Why the ‘ICE Barbie’ Nickname?
Critics call Noem “ICE Barbie” due to her glamorous public appearances and her history of cosplaying different professions — such as posing as a construction worker.
Other Trump Allies Mocked
Vice President JD Vance was depicted as Trump’s servant, resembling Fantasy Island’s Tattoo. Vance joked on X: “Well, I’ve finally made it.”
Trump himself wasn’t spared either. Earlier this season, he was shown in bed with Satan.
Conservative Backlash
Radio host Glenn Beck, who has also been mocked by South Park, told Noem: “Welcome to the club.”
Many conservatives argue that the show unfairly targets right-wing figures with cheap personal shots rather than engaging in policy critiques.
