Pennsylvania Driver Dies After Late-Night Crash on South Jersey Highway

A 22-year-old Pennsylvania man lost his life in a late-night single-vehicle crash in Burlington County after his car left the roadway, hit several trees, and overturned, according to New Jersey authorities.

Officials said the driver was travelling south when he lost control of his vehicle near milepost 26.9. The car then veered off the right side of the highway, crashed into multiple trees, and rolled over.

New Jersey State Police identified the victim as Kyle J. Thompson, 22, of Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Emergency responders arrived at the scene following reports of the crash, but Thompson suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead as a result of the collision.
