West Orange Plaza Welcomes Three Exciting New Tenants Amid Major Revamp

Three new restaurants and gyms are part of West Orange Plaza’s multimillion-dollar facelift. VIO Med Spa, Quickway Japanese Hibachi, and Namkeen Hot Chicken Joint rent space in the 298,000-square-foot Whole Foods-anchored shopping mall on I-280 near Eagle Rock and Prospect avenues.

Specializing in beauty and wellness, VIO Med Spa will establish its sixth New Jersey facility in 1,923 square feet. The med spa offers pleasant, professional health and cosmetic services to locals.

The 1,511-square-foot plaza will contain Quickway Japanese Hibachi, a Rockville, Maryland business with over 50 Mid-Atlantic outlets. Hibachi serves fresh, high-quality Japanese food at the restaurant.

South Asian-flavored Nashville-style hot chicken from Namkeen Hot Chicken Joint in West Orange Plaza. The 1,460-square-foot restaurant will enhance the mall’s cuisine.

A multiphase outparcel redevelopment includes new tenants. Target is planning a shop for 2020. New buildings and outparcels allow more companies and services for shoppers.

Levin Management Corp. chooses West Orange Plaza community-minded tenants. Dining, wellness, and necessary services make the area convenient and fun for locals.

American Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Chipotle, NJ My Gym, Mike’s Subs, Dogtopia, and Verizon are major shopping center stores. Club Pilates will soon improve plaza services.
