Late-Night Crash on Route 9 Leaves 72-Year-Old Woman Dead in Manalapan

Officials from the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed that the victim, identified as Deborah Ross, was hit by the vehicle under circumstances that are still under active investigation.
