Young Man Loses Life in Gloucester City Motorcycle Accident on Route 76

A Saturday night riding accident killed 29-year-old Gloucester City man. His neighbors, acquaintances, and family were shocked. Police reported a Route 76 North Exit 1D accident about 7:30 p.m.

New Jersey State Police claimed Stratford resident Kody L. Reilly lost control of his Harley-Davidson on Route 130 to Route 76. Reilly’s motorcycle hit a railing and phone pole after off-roading. Before aid arrived, Reilly died.

NJSP: “The accident is investigated. Nobody has said if the car’s problems or bad roads caused the crash.

This event shows the perils of motorcycling on busy roads. These accidents occur on popular Route 76. Driving carefully, wearing gear, and knowing road conditions are highlighted. Drivers and cyclists should be careful at night.

His family and friends are appalled and have promoted road safety to prevent such deaths. The town mourns a youth and advises drivers to travel safely.
