Tragic Traffic Collision in Haledon Claims Life of 74-Year-Old Passenger

At 74, another man died in a horrible car accident in Haledon, Passaic County, on Wednesday afternoon. The crash occurred at Hobart Avenue and Tilt Street, according to authorities. It involved a sedan and SUV. The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office reports police arrived at the site at 2:38 p.m. a Woodland Park senior in the SUV. After traveling, St. Joseph’s University Medical Center confirmed them dead. Two SUV passengers and the driver were hospitalized. Officials haven’t disclosed their injuries.

Officials are still investigating what caused the crash. Passaic County officials said the inquiry is ongoing and they don’t have any new information.
