Trader Joe’s Set to Open New Store in Woodbridge, Expanding Its New Jersey Presence

To expand, Trader Joe’s opens in New Jersey. Next Monday, its 21st store will open in Iselin, New Jersey. The Plaza at Woodbridge shopping center across Route 1 from Woodbridge will host the event.

Old Bed, Bath & Beyond will be easier to shop at after the new store opens. The store’s 9 a.m. grand opening is open to all area fans. “Captain Dan and Crew” will show visitors the new store to promote Trader Joe’s community commitment.

Mayor John McCormac said Trader Joe’s opening was crucial for Woodbridge this year. Many nearby municipalities wanted the business, and Woodbridge’s success shows its appeal. For its local goods, McCormac said Trader Joe’s is one of the nation’s most popular grocery stores.

Friendly service and low prices on organic and distinctive items make Trader Joe’s famous nationwide. The company services Princeton, Freehold, Clifton, and Paramus in central NJ.
