Rutgers Student Went Missing Near Wooded Area a Week Ago. Police Are Seeking Answers

New Jersey municipalities are concerned about a Rutgers University student who disappeared near rural Ocean County a week ago. Police are searching for 22-year-old Mortimer Wortman, who disappeared late on November 21.
