New Luxury Apartment Tower Coming to Hoboken With Rooftop Dog Park and Stunning Manhattan Views

It will have a dog park on the roof and great views of Manhattan.
Coming soon to Hoboken’s skyline will be a 16-story high-end apartment building made for people and their pets. This future building will open in the summer of 2027. Not only does it promise high-end housing, but it also offers unique amenities that combine the ease and comfort of city life.
Prime Location With Easy Access to New York
It will be built at 256 Observer Highway, which is a great spot right next to the Hoboken Terminal. The new building is called Hoboken Urby. From here, it will be easy for people to get to PATH trains, NJ Transit buses and trains, and NY Waterway boats. This will make it simple to get to Manhattan and the nearby places.
The property is in a great spot for people who like to walk. It’s close to parks, restaurants, shops, cafés, and the beautiful Hudson River shores.
Modern Living With Shops, Social Spaces, and Pet-Friendly Features
There will be 345 rental units at Hoboken Urby. These will include studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. All of them feature large windows that let in light and offer amazing views of New York and Jersey City. Some residences will have individual balconies for city relaxation.
My favorite part of the project is that pets are allowed. A elevated dog run lets owners watch their dogs play while viewing the city. The outdoor facilities concept includes bamboo-landscaped gardens, sun beds, grilling stations, a cold plunge pool, and a pavilion with a fire pit.
Stylish Interiors Designed for Comfort
This is how the inside of the homes will look. Shawn Hausman Design, which is known for work like The Standard Hotels, will do it. The homes will be more comfortable and stylish with modern features like lights that can be lowered, keyless entry systems, and more.
A Plan to Bring People Together and Build Community
Bas Smets, a famous landscape planner whose work includes the area around Paris’s Notre Dame Cathedral, planned the well-kept courtyard on the fourth floor of the building. The goal of the building is to bring neighbors together, and this shared green area is meant to be a central place to meet.
On the ground floor of the project, there will be apartments and more than 17,000 square feet of retail area. The café that goes with these shops is meant to bring more life to the street so that people can talk to their neighbors without having to leave their block.
Urby’s Growing Presence
Urby’s founder and CEO, David Barry, said that Hoboken is the best place for the brand’s next step because it is lively, linked, and has a strong sense of community. Hoboken Urby will be the ninth building in the Urby name range. They already have places in New York City, Newark, Dallas, and Washington, D.C. They are also building new places in Miami and Jersey City.
A Plan That Will Make Hoboken Different
When it’s done, Hoboken Urby will not only give people in one of New Jersey’s most desirable cities more housing options, but it will also add new shops, parks, and pet-friendly features to the area, making it livelier. This new building might become one of the best places to live in the area for people who want to live in style, make their journey easy, and stay active.
Many people are excited about what will be one of the most talked-about real estate projects in Hoboken in years as work on it starts.
