New Jersey College Student Missing Since Halloween Tragically Confirmed Dead, Authorities Say

Strangers in South Carolina kidnapped a New Jersey college student on Halloween. Authorities believe a tragedy has occurred. Owen Kenney, 19, of Tinton Falls committed suicide after new video evidence.

Kenney disappeared October 31 on the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge, according to Charleston police. Police found Kenney murdered himself on the bridge’s pedestrian walkway at 3:49 a.m. using new camera footage. With this knowledge, the Charleston Police Department ceased searching for the missing person and started looking for the body.
