Howell, NJ Crash Leaves Woman Critical After Car Slams Into Business Wall

A Howell, NJ, Vehicle Accident Left a Woman Barely Alive
A woman hit a business wall in Howell, New Jersey, on Sunday morning, injuring her significantly. The police say the accident occurred before 10 a.m., causing an emergency.
Investigators believe the woman’s automobile left Route 547 driving south. After sliding over a concrete middle island and into a parking lot, the automobile hit an Oak Glen Road business building. Some wall fell inside after the crash.
After the incident, photos showed a gaping hole in the front of the building with broken glass and other items inside and out. People nearby went to help after hearing the explosion-like impact months before the police arrived.
The woman was taken to a local hospital by emergency medical personnel and is in critical condition. Police haven’t identified her. Howell Police and the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office are investigating the car’s loss. This has not resulted in charges.
