Good Samaritan Seriously Injured After Being Hit While Assisting Driver on New Jersey Highway

According to local authorities, a man who pulled over on a New Jersey roadway early on Tuesday morning to assist another driver with a flat tire was struck by a passing car and suffered grave injuries.

The incident occurred on Route 21 in Essex County, close to Exit 8 in Nutley, at approximately 4 a.m. According to the authorities, the man saw a driver struggling with a flat tire and pulled over on the southbound side of the road.
