Epstein Survivor Urges Trump to Meet: “This Is Not a Hoax”

The victims of Jeffrey Epstein gathered on Capitol Hill on September 3, 2025, to demand an open investigation of his crimes. Republicans like Haley Robson had voted for Trump before. He was invited to see her to learn how awful things were between them.
Robson, who was 16 when Epstein assaulted her, was angered the president termed the case a “hoax.” She knew their grief was real and not staged. We’re real. Robson requested Trump to meet her halfway to discuss their issues. “This is real trauma,” she remarked.
Congress tried to release all of Epstein’s sex trafficking network data while survivors sought clarity. Congressman Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) introduced the Epstein Files Transparency Act. The act aims to release papers about Epstein’s acts.
More than 30,000 pages of House Oversight Committee records have been released, but witnesses and legislators say crucial material is missing. They want to name all Epstein abusers, including those who supported him or housed him.
President Trump has repeatedly dubbed the Epstein case a “Democrat hoax” and refused to investigate. “This is a Democrat hoax that never ends,” he remarked in an Oval Office speech. The problem has little to do with the country’s progress, he added.
However, survivors still want justice. They argue not telling them hinders recuperation and the search for perpetrators. They want to prevent future children from harm by sharing their stories and asking for transparency.
Their message is clear: believe their experiences and listen to them throughout the talk. They urge President Trump and Congress to listen and immediately turn over Epstein’s crimes’ paperwork.
